Warranty

All new equipment sold by MARSHAL FITNESS SPORTS EQUIPMENT TRADING LLC are delivered to customer in proper and perfect condition and are covered by a |One year warranty including free maintenance/ service cost that covers the labor cost as well.

1-Please Keep your Original Invoice as it is your Proof of Purchase and If you intend to exchange, refund or repair any items within the condition given below.  No, exchange, refund or repair will be considered without it.

2-Please keep your Items Within their complete Full Box and Inside packing if you intend to exchange or refund any item within the condition below. No exchange or refund will be considered without it.

3- All Electric Products including Treadmill, Electric Bike, Massage and Vibration Machines are not subject to any exchange and refund unless found defective within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Warranty Covers:

1-Major Electric Parts of the Item, Motor, PCB, Display, Sensor and other Electric Component 

Exclusion:

2-Warranty does not Cover the   body and Structural Parts as per the table below:

3-Warranty does not cover the Brocken parts and Wear and Tear in usage and other structural parts of the exercise items ie Exercise Bench, Multi Gym, Game Table and Sports and Exercise Accessories.

4-Warranty does not include the service ie oiling, greasing, screw tightening etc

5-Warranty will cover only the repairing of the Products during its warranty period even it is required frequently in warranty period. Warranty will not be covered in the below cases,

• Damage or defect resulting from failure to follow instructions manual and caused by inappropriate usage of the system or unfamiliarity.
• Normal wear & tear on items/parts such as, but not limited to, pulleys, brake pads, tension knobs, cords, footings, rubber grips, end caps, pop pins, seats, seat adjustment knobs, scratched parts, broken covers, paint & finish, and any & all other cosmetic damages
• Wear items/parts pertain to components that might need to be replaced due to wear & tear resulting from normal usage
• Improper storage, assembly, altering/modifying equipment in anyway, misused, abused, is subject to accident, or is improperly maintained
• Repair for any noises such as, but not limited to: squeaks, clunks, thumps, or grinding resulting from poor or lack of preventive maintenance
• Faults because of the impacts.
• Faults Caused by the Voltage Fluctuations.
• Expiration of the Warranty Time
• Opening and manipulation of the device by unauthorized person.
• If the Item sold out by the buyer to the third person. Third Person cannot claim the warranty.

Service Period: Warranty claim will be fulfilled within 10 working days subject to the parts and equipment availability.
